MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting for 2025-2027 Large & Mini-Grants!

The Community Planning & Advocacy Council is hereby giving notice that applications for funds from eligible organizations interested in applying for 2025-2027 Prevention Reinvestment Funds for Large Grants and Mini-Grants under the following services: Early Childhood Success, Positive Youth Development, and Strong Families Strong Communities will be received by CPAC.
The Request for Proposal will be available online as of 11:59 pm, Wednesday, July 16, 2025 using the Salesforce Portal found under the Funding Resources tab.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 at 12:00 noon online on Zoom using the following information for anyone with questions. A walkthrough of our Salesforce application will also be done during the pre-bid meeting for any one who needs assistance with gaining access to the portal.
PRE-BID MEETING SCHEDULE
12 pm - Welcome, Introductions, and Overview
12:15 pm - Walk Through of Mini-Grant
12:45 pm - Walk Through Of Large Grant
1:15 pm - Questions and Troubleshooting
1:30 pm - Farewells

This meeting is mandatory, all interested providers are required to participate in the Pre-Bid meeting to receive funding.
Completed proposals are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 8th, 2025 via Salesforce. CPAC assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery causing the application to be received at CPAC later than due date and time.
