Circle of strength

Circle of Strength is a virtual workshop hosted by the Community Planning & Advocacy Council (CPAC) designed to support families preparing for the transition into adulthood. This session will guide families through available resources, services, and supports, with a focus on navigating the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) system. Participants will learn about support coordination, choosing the right services, and understanding how direct supports impact the entire family. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM via Zoom.
