CAMDEN COUNTY Emergency Food and Shelter Program PHASE 40 FEMA APPLICATION

 

 

Attached below is the Camden County, NJ Local Board 595400 Emergency Food and Shelter Program Phase 40 Funding Application.

The Deadline for Submission: 3:00 pm on April 12, 2023

Notice is hereby given that applications for funds from eligible organizations interested in applying for 2022 – 2023 Prevention Reinvestment Funds Services for Mini-Grants under the following services: Early Childhood Success, Positive Youth Development, Strong Transitions to Adulthood, and Strong Families Strong Communities will be received by CPAC: The Community Planning and Advocacy Council.

The Request for Proposal will be available online as of 11:59 pm, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 using the Salesforce Portal https://cpacsj.my.site.com/fundingprograms/s.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 12:00 noon online on Zoom using the following information for anyone with questions. A walk-through of our Salesforce application will also be available immediately following the pre-bid meeting for any one who needs assistance with gaining access to the portal.

 

Although not mandatory, all providers are strongly encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting.

Completed proposals are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2022 via Salesforce. We strongly recommend that applicants attend the pre-bid meeting to learn how to submit materials via Salesforce https://cpacsj.my.site.com/fundingprograms/s. C.P.A.C. assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery causing the application to be received at C.P.A.C. later than due date and time.
