The Community Planning & Advocacy Council is hereby giving notice that applications for funds from eligible organizations interested in applying for July - Dec 2024 Prevention Reinvestment Funds for Mini-Grants under the following services: Early Childhood Success, Positive Youth Development, Strong Transitions to Adulthood, and Strong Families Strong Communities will be received by CPAC.
The Request for Proposal will be available online as of 11:59 pm, Monday, April 29, 2024, using the Salesforce Portal found under the Funding Resources tab.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 12:00 noon online on Zoom using the following information for anyone with questions. A walkthrough of our Salesforce application will also be done during the pre-bid meeting for anyone who needs assistance with gaining access to the portal.

This meeting is MANDATORY, all interested providers are REQUIRED to participate in the Pre-Bid meeting to receive funding. Completed proposals are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, via Salesforce. CPAC assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery causing the application to be received at CPAC later than due date and time.
