Permanent Supportive Housing (PASH)

To design and implement a strategic plan to reduce and ultimately end homelessness by expanding access to permanent, subsidized, and other affordable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. The PSH Committee will work closely with local housing providers to assess the SNJCoC’s needs for emergency, transitional, and permanent housing and to develop a coordinated, system-wide plan to meet those needs.
